CAN BRIGADEIROS BE FROZEN?
Yes. Brigadeiros can be frozen for up to 6 months. We recommend wrapping the package in additional plastic wrap to keep as much air and moisture out of the package so your brigadeiros stay fresh. Allow brigadeiros to defrost naturally for at least 2hrs out of freezer and consume them at room temperature for ultimate flavor.

HOW BIG IS A BRIGADEIRO?
Brigadeiros are made by hand and vary a little bit in size depending on the topping. Each one is about 0.60oz – 0.80oz
